Description
Module 1 (in-person)
The Roots “Deepening / Embodying the Practice”
The first 4-day in-person intensive training focuses on understanding the foundations of Social Presencing Theater— embodied presence, basic healthiness in systems, creativity arising from nowness, social field cultivation, and the “true move” in everyday life. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the SPT practices and how to apply them in individual and collective contexts. Integrating these into our personal and work life becomes the basis for cultivating healthy, compassionate, and powerful social fields.
Module 2 (online)
The Stems “Strengthening the Practice”
Online peer-learning with faculty mentoring. Participants will get an opportunity to practice SPT at three levels:
Individually:
Daily awareness and embodiment practices. Methods for heightening perception and personal presence.
Peer-learning practice groups:
Leading and facilitating groups in SPT practices with peer feedback sessions.
Applying in local contexts:
Creating SPT Practice groups in family, community, or organisations.
Faculty will offer regular Zoom calls to support learning and application.
Module 3 (in-person)
Leaves and Flowers “Enabling the field shift”
The final session of the training is again a 4-day in-person module. We will deepen and expand all practices with focus on the “cultivation of the social field” to address personal, social, and environmental issues. We will use Village and 4D mapping practices as the core of understanding transformational shifts in groups. Participants will bring live case-studies to generate insights about shifting the systems from its current state toward its highest potential.
Module 3 will end with all participants designing their individual practitioner pathway forward and planning their future learning journey. They can choose to continue to engage in a Presencing Institute Practitioners Certification, Social Art Residency, or in other offerings.
