Ecosystem Leadership Program Module 1 | Personal Foundations is a 4-day intensive in person and in Nature program, with multi sector leaders and change agents from all over Latin America, to cultivate the kind of leadership needed to face the challenges of our time, activating the deepest sources of knowledge and inspiration for systems change.

Ecosystem Leadership Program LATAM
It is a regional enabling infrastructure to activate personal and collective awareness-based transformation and impact in Latin America, in which participants will:
- Learn powerful concepts, tools and skills for systems change.
- Connect and interweave in a rich, diverse inclusive and horizontal networking space for regional Ecosystem Activation.
- Experience a profound transformational journey, connecting their highest future possibility as impactful leaders and changemakers.
The program is structured as a two-year cycle of 3 modules that can be taken independently or as part of the whole ELP Cycle, aligned with the Pathways of Certification of the u-school for transformation.
Program Cycle
Overview Module 1
This Module, Personal Foundations, aims to foster leadership at a personal level, allowing participants to “transform themselves in order to transform their reality”, cultivating the inner condition and action confidence needed for awareness-based systems change.
It provides a diverse, inclusive, horizontal, participatory space, integrating different sources of knowledge in different thematic focus areas, from state-of-the-art social innovation to ancestral wisdom of native traditions and experiential learning.
It fosters a rich networking among leaders, change agents and key actors from multiple sectors, levels and contexts, impacting as a community of practice in the present and future of Latin America as a whole.
This module 1 can be taken independently or as part of the whole ELP Cycle.
What this module will provide
- A cutting-edge perspective to understand and transform systems, integrating Theory U’s social innovation with ancestral wisdom, experiential knowledge and more.
- A new form of leadership capacity to navigate complexity and "learn from the emerging future" by connecting one's highest potential on a personal and collective level.
- Innovative tools, practices and awareness-based methodologies to put ideas into action, achieving profound impact on one's personal life, work and context.
- A 4-day immersion in a beautiful venue surrounded by Nature.
- Social learning and peer exchange with participants from multiple sectors and contexts of the continent.
- A profound transformative experience that will contribute to a true ecosystem activation towards a more just, collaborative, inclusive and regenerative future in the region.
- Integration into a continuous action-learning infrastructure and a regional and global network of practitioners: u-school for transformation.

Details
- Dates: March 13th to March 17th, 2024.
- Location: San Esteban, Valparaiso, Chile.
- Venue: San Francisco Lodge.
- Timing: 32 hours.
- Languages: Spanish with simultaneous translation in Portuguese (Brazil), and with translation from English to Spanish and Portuguese (BR).

*Double and single rooms have a price surcharge and are not applicable to scholarships.
Details
This is an all-inclusive program, so it includes:
- Full accommodation from 13/3 to 17/3
- All meals and coffee-breaks
- Amenities from the event venue
- Transportation from / to Santiago International Airport

Cancellation policy
By canceling before 12/31/2023 80% of tuition is refunded.
From that date until January 31st, 2024, 50% of the tuition will be refunded for cancellation.
From February 1st, 2024 until February 15th, 2024, 25% of the tuition will be refunded.
As of February 16th, 2024, no refunds will be made.
The program will be facilitated by a team of senior faculty from the Presencing Institute led by Otto Scharmer. In the event that any of the teachers cannot be present due to force majeure, the program will be held without any modification in the conditions of participation.
