Ecosystem Leadership Foundation Program for the first time in Latin America, in Spanish and Portuguese.
Overview
This program is the first of the three annual in-person modules of the Ecosystem Leadership Cycle, promoting a series of interweaving cohorts of local and regional leaders to create a regional infrastructure for awareness-based personal and collective transformation.
It is designed to offer applied systemic knowledge and leadership skills, to promote an ecosystemic activation of local and regional impact, fostering integration among leaders, change agents and key actors from multiple sectors, levels and contexts, through inclusive participation and exchange of experiences and knowledge.
The program is part of the Pathways of Certification offered by the u-school for Transformation.
What this program will provide
- A cutting-edge perspective on applied systems thinking to understand and transform systems, from the author himself: Otto Scharmer.
- A new form of leadership capacity to navigate complexity and "learn from the emerging future" by connecting one's highest potential on a personal and collective level.
- Innovative tools and practices to put ideas into action, achieving profound impact on one's personal life, work, and further on organizations and communities.
- A 4-day immersion in a beautiful venue surrounded by Nature.
- Social learning and peer exchange with participants from multiple sectors and contexts of the continent.
- A transformative experience that will contribute to achieving true ecosystem activation towards a more just, collaborative, inclusive and regenerative future in the region.
- Integration into a continuous action-learning infrastructure and a "glocal" (global and local) network of practitioners in methodologies for transformation, based on shared awareness.
