Most of our tools are offered for free under a Creative Commons license to ensure accessibility, regardless of one's ability to pay. At the same time, we must respect the work of the authors, artists, and professionals who collaborate with us. These guidelines clarify how to credit and use our logos, content, and materials.

Any tools or resources marked with the Creative Commons (CC) symbol are shared under the Creative Commons Attribution Share Alike 3.0 Unported License. This means:

• You are free to share (copy, distribute, and transmit) and remix (adapt or build upon) these tools, even for commercial purposes.
• Any new work based on these tools must also be shared under the same license, allowing others to use them too.

This applies to most of the action learning tools listed on this page: https://www.u-school.org/resources.
