At a Glance
The Personal Transformation Module offers an experiential journey of learning and exploration relating to one's own leadership. In this module participants will develop their capacity as leaders of awareness-based systems change.
It focuses on personal leadership, cultivating the inner condition, the weaving of relationships between participants and the building the confidence for action that will be necessary to face the challenges of the present moment.
The program is also part of the Presencing Institute's practitioner certification pathway.

Costs: The price varies from USD 1.800 to USD 3.450 and includes program, materials, accommodation in double rooms, food, internal transportation from the CDMX airport and basic medical attention at the event site. Partial and full scholarships are available thanks to partnering organizations (please check the registration form).

- Innovative tools, practices and awareness-based methodologies to put ideas into action, achieving a profound impact on personal life, work and context.
- A 5-day immersion in retreat mode.
- Social learning and peer-to-peer exchange with participants from multiple sectors and contexts of the continent.
- A deeply transformative experience that will contribute to a true activation of the ecosystem towards a more just, collaborative, inclusive and regenerative future in the region.
- Integration into an ongoing action learning infrastructure and a regional and global network of practitioners: u-school for Transformation.
Completing this Module, participants will certify in the Foundational and Personal Integration Level of the Pathways of certification of the u-school for Transformation.
The program includes:
- Certified program facilitated by Senior faculty from the Presencing Institute.
- Simultaneous translation in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
- Contents, guides and materials in the three languages.
- Full accommodation from April 2-6, 2025 (4 nights) at Hacienda Jurica.
- All meals, coffees and refreshments from the afternoon of April 2 to noon on April 6.
- On-site activities and amenities.
- Internal transportation to and from CDMX airport.
- Basic medical attention at the event site.
