Program Cycle

Overview Module 2

The Collective Impact Module is the second of 3 modules of the whole Ecosystem Leadership Program cycle. It enables you to complete the second level in the u-school of Transformation Certification Pathways (+ u-lab).

This Module aims to achieve collective impact on the specific areas of work, projects and contexts of the participants, bringing their emerging ideas into prototypes.

They will “learn by doing”, practically applying concepts and tools to concrete cases and challenges and refining their leadership skills.

They will expand and strengthen their regional connections and collaboration opportunities with their peers, with a new cohort of participants and in a growing network of partners, fostering a community of practice to impact the present and future of Latin America as a whole.

What this module will provide

In addition to learning, transformation and connections, this module will offer:

  • Prototyping: we will move from emerging ideas to impactful actions in our organizations, contexts and communities, towards ecosystemic activation and transformation.
  • Practical application of concepts and tools (new and already learned) to professional practice and to the environments where the participants' work impacts. Work with cases.
  • Thematic focus: we will focus on our areas of work and specific issues, exploring their emerging possibilities individually and collectively.
  • Networking and interaction among peers and with the second generation of the Program, as active cascade learning for a deep and sustainable impact in the region.
  • Certification: complete the second level in the Pathways of Certification of the u-school of transformation.
