Overview
This 2-hour introductory 'taster' session gives insight and a firsthand experience of Theory U - Leading from the Emerging Future.
No MBA nor Executive Training could have prepared us adequately for the degree of disruption and unpredictability we face. These times require very different leadership capabilities if we are to steer our organizations and people towards a future we want to live in. Actualizing this future, inspiring confidence, innovation, robustness and resourcefulness is what the U Method and Tools equip us to do, individually and collectively.
Building on two decades of action research at MIT, the U process guides individuals, teams, organizations and larger systems to build the essential capacities needed to address the root causes of today’s challenges. We show how to update the 'operating code' in order to shift from ego-system to eco-system leadership and action.
What this program will provide
- Origins in Systems Thinking and Organisational Learning
