John Heller can boast a multi-decade career of service across multiple countries ranging from micro-finance in South Asia, agricultural transformation in Nigeria, indigenous people rights in Western Canada, renewable energy across Africa, to water and sanitation globally.  Through these experiences, John has developed an abiding belief in the power of systems approach, collective action and awareness-based inner work as essential practices if we are to find a better path forward for humanity and the natural world. 

John has held senior leadership positions in the global non-profit space for over 20 years, overseeing the expansion of Little Sun, a social enterprise dedicated to affordable access to clean energy in Africa, and heading up key global initiatives while serving as Senior Director at the Synergos Institute.
