Marian Goodman
Marian Goodman is a Senior Faculty member of the Presencing Institute and directs various global capacity building and change programs, including Theory U-based social innovation labs and trainings around the world. She has led both foundational and advanced Presencing Programs in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and the Americas; and cross-sectoral Social Innovation Labs on issues as varied as “Wellbeing Economy”, “Food and Farming”, “Mother & Child Health”, and “Gender Values for the 21st Century”.
Most recently she has been involved in multilateral systems transformation, through, for example, Leadership Labs for the UN towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 Agenda.
Marian is an Executive Coach qualified in the Thinking Environment™, which seeks to foster independent, solution-oriented thinking in individuals and teams.
She is also an Associate Facilitator for Leaders Quest (London/Mumbai/New York), delivering Leadership Learning Journeys in Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Mozambique, India, Palestine/Israel, and the UK, in order to broaden the frame of equitably responsible leadership and social impact.
Marian holds a post-graduate degree from the University of Cape Town, lives in South Africa, speaks a number of languages, and is deeply committed to developing resilient, authentic and future-oriented leaders across sectors and countries.
