Rachel Hentsch

Rachel is an innovative communications strategist & connector: architect-turned-digital-entrepreneur​ ​from​ ​a​ ​multi-cultural background,​ ​with​ ​a​ ​wide​ ​spectrum​ ​of​ ​professional​ ​experience​ ​that​ ​spans​ ​from innovative​ ​digital​ ​startup​ ​experience​ ​across​ ​architectural​ ​work,​ ​to​ ​business development,​ ​PR,​ program and stakeholder management, partnerships, ​interpreting​ ​work,​ ​writing​ ​and​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​television​ ​production. She​ ​is​ ​mother​ ​to​ ​five​ ​children,​ ​and​ ​currently​ divides her time between​ Rome (Italy), and London (UK). 

In her work with the Presencing Institute, Rachel blends her love of writing and artistic skills with a deep commitment to understanding and illuminating the inner and outer dimensions of leading social change. She heads communications and media at the Presencing Institute.

Rachel is passionate about empowering individuals, teams, communities and organisations to unleash their highest level of contribution, to create the best possible individual and collective future. She designs programs that help people to discover, explore and develop their entrepreneurial mindset and attitude. Rachel is fascinated by communities and has been researching and prototyping ways to keep global community members connected meaningfully.

Innovative visual storyteller & generative scribe, Rachel expertly blends digital artistry and video creation to craft captivating narratives that convey theoretical concepts, personal anecdotes, and emotions through animated artifacts. She specializes in combining original artwork with diverse visuals to create immersive experiences. 

Rachel speaks five languages and holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Cambridge, a BA in Architecture & Building Technology from the University La Sapienza, is an MIT-Certified Teacher in New Ventures Leadership, and has trained with Nora Bateson to become a certified Warm Data Lab Host.
