At a Glance
The Systemic Application Module is the second of the 3 modules of the full cycle of the Ecosystemic Leadership Program. It allows you to complete the second level in the u-school for Transformation Certification Pathways.
It aims to “learn by doing” in order to achieve a collective impact in the participants' specific work areas, projects and contexts, applying the learning to their professional practice and environment and turning their emerging ideas into actions (prototypes).
Participants will expand and strengthen their regional connections and opportunities for collaboration with their peers, with two other cohorts of participants and in a growing community of practice to impact the present and future of Latin America as a whole.

Costs: The price varies from USD 1.800 to USD 3.450 and includes program, materials, accommodation in double rooms, food, internal transportation from the CDMX airport and basic medical attention at the event site. Partial and full scholarships are available thanks to partnering organizations (please check the registration form).
Registration and Application: Places are limited and admission is subject to a selection process to ensure a diverse and inclusive range of participants. Early application is recommended. To participate in Module 2 it is necessary to have completed Module 1 or the Presencing Foundation Program of the Presencing Institute.

What this module will provide:
In addition to learning, transformation and connections, this module offers:
- Practical application of concepts and tools (new and already learned) by taking them to concrete cases and challenges and honing your leadership skills.
- Thematic focus: we will focus on our specific areas of work and issues, exploring their emerging possibilities individually and collectively.
- Networking and interaction among peers and with other generations of the Program, as cascading active learning for a deep and sustainable impact in the region.
- Prototyping: Participants will move from emerging ideas to impactful actions in their organizations, contexts and communities, towards ecosystem activation and transformation.
The program includes:
- Certified program facilitated by Senior faculty from the Presencing Institute.
- Simultaneous translation in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
- Contents, guides and materials in the three languages.
- Full accommodation from April 2-6, 2025 (4 nights) at Hacienda Jurica.
- All meals, coffees and refreshments from the afternoon of April 2 to noon on April 6.
- On-site activities and amenities.
- Internal transportation to and from CDMX airport.
- Basic medical attention at the event site.
